Melatonin levels are suppressed when you stay up late because they suffer a greater light exposure, and that is why the risk of breast cancer increases because melatonin regulates estrogen levels.
It is worth mentioning that women, especially those with a breast cancer family history, should check their bodies on a regular basis for any lumps or rashes that change in skin texture, shape, or size. However, keep in mind that not every lump is a risk factor.
